We will confirm our understanding of your request by providing you with a detailed quote and should this be accepted by you and acknowledged by email, it is at this point that a legally binding contract will be in place between you and us. Please ensure the details on your order confirmation email are correct before confirming you accept it and contact us as soon as possible if there are any errors as it is not possible to cancel an order for a bespoke product once it has been confirmed and our normal Cancellation policy (link here) will not apply.
